MIGHTY-BRITE AUTOMATIC CHEMICAL FEEDER MODEL 700

 

Easy, Effective and Accurate Bath Maintenance!
The Mighty-Brite Chemical Feeder takes the guesswork out of making chemical additions by automatically replenishing them at the same rate at which they are being depleted. Based on the amount of current being used for electroplating, the Mighty-Brite makes metered additions of the required chemicals, thereby maintaining the plating solution at peak efficiency and performance.

 

Simple to install - Simple to Operate
The Mighty-Brite is designed to be quickly and easily installed, and requires little or no maintenance or operator attention. The cabinet never needs to be opened, as all settings are made from the front panel.

 

The all solid-state microprocessing system is housed in a NEMA-4X corrosion resistant enclosure that is ready to mount in any convenient location and connect to the rectifier being used. The independent metering pump is placed directly on to the user’s liquid storage container. The flow rate is set by: (a), adjusting the pump for the desired volume, and (b), setting the desired number of amp hours at which the pump is to be activated.

 

The Mighty-Brite has an 8-digit LED display for monitoring all functions of the system, including:

  • Total accumulated ampere-time

  • Pump cycle preset time

  • Amp-time set point for pump activation

 

Unique Features:
By entering the four digit numerical password, the user can: clear the totalizer, calibrate the Mighty-Brite for amp-hours or amp-minutes, and/or recalibrate the unit. This feature allows all critical parameters to be kept under “lock and key,” protecting the totalizer from unintentional clearing of accumulated data.

 

The Mighty-Brite features a battery back-up so that in the event of power interruption or failure, all accumulated information is protected. The memory can only be erased by entering the password.

Get Accurate Plating Thickness Control!
The ATC-7000 process controller provides exact, repeatable plating. This microprocessor-based instrument provides plating thickness control and a display of accumulated ampere-time.

The ATC-7000 is equipped with a battery back-up to maintain the totalizer memory in the event of a power interruption. In addition, it is designed such that the NEMA 4X cabinet never needs to be opened. All settings can be made from the front panel.

 

How It Works

  • Plating Thickness Control: By presetting the number of ampere-minutes (or hours) desired using the touch panel, the unit will count down to zero and an alarm will sound. Or, the ATC-7000 can be programmed to shut off the rectifier at the end of the plating cycle, and restart it by pressing “RESET”.

  • Accumulated Ampere Time: At any time, the user can view accumulating ampere-time by pressing the “TOTALIZER” button.

  • System Set-Up: By entering the four-digit numerical password, the user can: clear the totalizer; calibrate the ATC-7000 for amp-hours or amp-minutes, and/or recalibrate the unit. AMPERE-TIME TOTALIZER MODEL #1169

 

Easy Compliance in Recording Accumulated Ampere-Hours for Chrome and Nickel Plating Environments! The Mesa West Model #1169TM Ampere-Time Totalizer is a solid-state precision instrument which integrates current and time, providing a very accurate record of accumulated ampere-hours.

The MODEL #1169 ampere-time totalizer is housed in a NEMA 4X environmentally protected enclosure. It is available with a resettable or nonresettable counter.  Each unit is factory calibrated for 50 or 100 mv shunts and all rectifier outputs at no additional cost.  The MODEL #1169 provides an accuracy of ±  1% at the amperage level being recorded, regardless of the size of the rectifier. The unit comes complete with power cord and shielded wire for easy connection to the shunt of your rectifier.
