Mesa West offers complete fabrication solutions for processing tanks, liners, tank lines, and accessories. We custom build tanks to any size and configuration.
Our expert staff will work closely with your manufacturing team to design tank systems that work best for your specific needs. We can assist in designing custom configurations of tanks, with our plating tanks assembled here at our facility in Southern California, and can include all plumbing, anode/cathode bars, pumps, filters, and controls.
Mesa West features single stand-alone or in-line polypropylene plating tanks in any size for rack installation, Our tanks are provided with all necessary equipment for your plating needs. We also fabricate single, double and triple rinse tanks, drag-outs, acid and sump tanks. If you have an existing tank that is leaking and is just too complex to remove from your production line, we can save you time and money by fabricating a “drop-in” rigid tank liner. All of our liners are fabricated using the latest plastic welding technology and equipment. We can assist you with all of your tank needs from polypropylene, PVC, CPVC, PVDF, POLYE,UHMW,TEFLON, LINE MILLED STEEL and HDPE. Insulated tanks also available.
